Thanks to Diana Gribbon Motz, a Circuit Judge in Maryland, American citizens no longer have to fear that their current Putsch government can legally, arbitrarily haul them out of bed in the middle of the night and detain them in secret, indefinitely, in solitary confinement.
In her ruling, the U.S. government may not consider U.S. citizens as “enemy combatants,” which is refreshingly in keeping with certain constitutional rights.
